Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to the US & Canada. All rates are calculated by our delivery providers.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Our company strives to get your order shipped as soon as possible.  Once your order leaves our hands we can not control 3rd party elements. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@varsitytailgateclub.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

My order arrived and the contents are damaged or less than satisfactory. What do I do?
