Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
We’re building something built to last... and that includes running a low-waste, made-to-order shop. That means we are not accepting returns at this time, but we do offer exchanges for store credit.
Got the wrong size? Changed your mind? We got you.
You’ve Got 10 Days
You’ve got 10 days from the day your order is picked up or lands on your doorstep to request an exchange. Easy.
What’s Eligible
Your item must be:
-
Unworn, unused, unwashed
-
Tags intact (if applicable)
-
In its original packaging
Bonus points if it still smells like fresh cotton and good decisions.
You’ll also need your order # for an exchange to be accepted.
Heads up: If your item comes back to us in less-than-stellar shape, we won’t be able to process the exchange. You’ll be invoiced to have it sent back to you, and if we don’t hear from you within 30 days, we’ll donate it and call it good.
How to Exchange
Start your exchange by emailing us at exchanges@varsitytailgateclub.com. Include your Name, Order #, preferred contact information via email or text, and the reason for requesting the exchange. We will review your request and may contact you for more information regarding your request if necessary. Once reviewed and accepted, we will contact you with all the details for sending it back.
Important: Varsity Tailgate Club reserves the right to deny any exchange request. Also, any request without all necessary information given to us(its labeled in red above for you) will be denied.
All exchanges are processed as store credit, delivered straight to your inbox 5–7 days after we receive and inspect your item.

Order Edits + Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it's locked and loaded. Double-check your size and address at checkout... no take-backs, edits, or do-overs once it’s in the system.
Damages or Wrong Items?
We’re all about quality control, but if something arrives off, damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can fix it fast. Remember, 10 days from delivery fly's by.
Store Credit Only
We don’t issue refunds at this time... all approved exchanges are processed as store credit, so you can snag something else that hits just right.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping for all exchanges. Think of it as your part in keeping this small biz sustainable and scrappy.
